The Barn on Summers Drive encompasses several spaces; The Bridal Suite is connected to the Barn.  It has a full kitchen, King Bedroom, Full Bath, Living Room and Salon.  The Barn space is 1800 square feet.  There's a half bath there.  With large parties over 80 you will have to acquire restroom facilities (we have the contact info)  The Groom’s Room is a short walk away; there's a full kitchen, huge TV screen and living room.

Our Facility Fee is based on 3 hour load in, 5 hour event time and 1 hour load out. The Barn on Summers Drive includes use of our Barn, Sweeping Porch, "Watering Hole",  Bridal Suite and Groom Room. Our capacity for a ceremony & reception is 200, reception only is 275 and standing cocktail party is 325.  Contact us for the fee schedule.  

The Barn on Summers Drive is secluded so there are no issues with noise ordinance timing.  In fact there's a shooting range near by and you may even hear some authentic country!  

We have a list of preferred vendors that give our guests special pricing but you are not beholden to them.  If your grandma wants to make her famous BBQ and Mac 'n Cheese for your event... good for her! (but we will need a bite).
